What About This Purse?
Jan Flowers

You know, I wear shoes forever and never think of buying new ones until they are just worn out. But when I see a purse I like, I buy it right away. Look at this purse. My sister found it for me in a second hand shop. I liked it so much I went to the shop and bought the other one they had. That one’s blue.

My husband and I went to Spec’s last weekend and he was wearing a pair of plaid slacks. The salesman told my husband that his slacks were the finest he’d ever seen. So I said to the salesman, “Well, what about my purse? What do you think of that?”

I held up this pink bag and he just died laughing, “Well, I have to say your purse tops his slacks. That’s for sure.”
